Are you ready to sharpen your skills, learn from experts, and connect with mentors who can help guide your journey? Imagine spending a week with like-minded peers from across the country while growing into the leader you're meant to be.
The Dream Experience is a leadership development fellowship that builds up to one unforgettable week together in person. In the months before, fellows complete self-paced learning modules and join monthly live virtual workshops. Then we come together for inspiring workshops, hands-on activities, and experiences that leave you with new skills, confidence, and connections to fuel your future.

Qualifications

Ages 18–24

Currently enrolled in school, taking a gap year, or a young professional

Demonstrated leadership in your community, school, or personal endeavors

Able to complete the self-paced modules and attend at least 80% of the virtual workshops
How to Apply
Please complete the application thoughtfully. Along with your written answers, you'll submit a 90-second video introducing yourself and one letter of recommendation (PDF). Your letter must be written specifically for the Dream Experience. General letters or letters written for other programs will not be accepted. Share this page with your recommender so they know what the opportunity is, and ask early, because letters take time! Finalists will be invited to a short virtual interview in early December, and we will share decisions by December 18, 2026.
