Erika McCall 

Erika is the Founder of Go for Yours and a passionate advocate for youth empowerment. As an author, creator, and nonprofit leader, she has dedicated her career to creating access to resources, mentorship, and transformative experiences for historically marginalized youth. Her vision and leadership have impacted students nationwide, inspiring them to dream big and lead with purpose.

Jade Barnett

Jade is a passionate creator and graduate of AMDA (The American Musical and Dramatic Academy), a premier performing arts conservatory with campuses in New York and Los Angeles. She began her journey with Go for Yours as the Program Coordinator for our very first Dream Experience in 2019. Since then, she has grown into her role as Program Director, leading with heart, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to youth development. Jade plays a key role in shaping our programming and ensuring every experience is impactful, empowering, and unforgettable.

Raina Jenkins

Raina is currently pursuing her graduate degree in Public Interest Media and Communication at Florida State University. She brings heart to our program by ensuring the details of the Dream Experience come together seamlessly. From coordinating logistics to supporting student engagement, Raina has been crucial in bringing the 2025 Dream Experience to life and helping create a meaningful, organized, and impactful program for our students.

Derek is a C-Suite Executive and Vice President at Full Swing Golf, where he specializes in driving profitable revenue growth across global markets. As Board President of Go for Yours, Derek is leading the organization’s strategic plan to ensure long-term sustainability, impact, and growth. His leadership bridges innovation and purpose, helping position the foundation for its next chapter.

Roseann is a highly creative, strategic, and results-driven global marketing executive with over 20 years of experience in the Beauty, CPG, and emerging Cannabis industries. She has led successful brand growth across a wide range of categories, business models, and distribution channels. As Vice President of the Board, Roseann brings visionary leadership and deep industry expertise to help shape the future of Go for Yours.

Anngela is a Senior Manager at the Recording Academy, where she leads the strategic planning and execution of over 20 high-profile events each year. With a strong focus on impact, excellence, and alignment with organizational goals, she brings a wealth of experience in events, partnerships, and brand elevation. Her leadership adds tremendous value to the Go for Yours board as we expand our reach and deepen our impact.
